Trying to process the fact I’ll never hear from her again. A girl I dated back in 2014-2016 just passed and it doesn’t feel real. She was a foster kid, so the family that she did have meant the world to her. In October, her older brother passed away. On the seventh her grandmother passed away. I can’t imagine how much pain she was in. I can’t imagine how much pain her younger brother and sister are now in. I’m just glad we weren’t strangers in the end.
