FEED ME. Everytime I try to read your mind I chip away at all the shit you have to hide behind I want to tell you that I understand Why we let it slip away, I’d never force your hand To FEED ME. Everytime I try to look at you I hold you right up to the light to see what parts were true Maybe one day you will understand That I let you slip away I’d never force your hand To FEED ME Now that you’ve gone away now I can finally breathe.

“MAZE” The last four years: a twisting turning maze A drunken fog, where nights turned into days I made myself small, so you’d grow tall Maybe I go. Maybe I stay. Right Here.

ORBIT Concept, Visual Direction and Music by YYM. Movement Direction by Eric Schloesser. Freestyle Performed by Will Mallett Assisted by Mia Maxwell Lighting Design: Brandon Baruch Track ID: “Orbit” by YYM. This is a piece about addiction and weakness, the overwhelming effect of being pulled back into the orbit of someone or something that has caused you pain and helplessness in the past. The music begins with an infinite bliss, an eternal sunshine where time has healed, and the subject is floating. The source of our darkest times starts creeping into consciousness with the wall playing a huge role as the symbol of weight and the spotlight creating a push and pull between our projected selves and the painful truth… that we will always regretfully, yet ultimately gladly succumb to the relief of giving in.

ETUDE / A study or exploration. This piece was intended as a vocal warm up…but also an exercise in letting go, of not over-thinking. I kept the recordings and used them as layers to shape what it feels like to let go. No stops. No retakes. And underneath, I played very simple chords to allow myself to meander vocally. Visual: Keeping inner demons at bay.
