I started making music under the yeahmane name when I was 14 year old, and I'm turning 17 in april. I was listening to a lot of DJ Smokey at that time, and I got inspired to create Phonk music, and try to replicate the uniqueness of Smokey's sound. I was still a beginner at producing, and using FL Studio at that time. I'm super grateful for the people I've met, and opportunities I've had since I started making Phonk music, and I will forever be grateful, but even the greatest of stories have and end, even if we don't like it. So I've decided to retire yeahmane forever. I still remember when I came up with the name. I made my song "worldwideweb" and logged into an old SoundCloud account of mine, and I wanted to have a "cool" username that still sounded like something a Phonk artist would use. I was scrolling through Voxes in a drum kit I had, and I heard the "Yeah mane, check out this dope shit" and decided then and there that would be the tag I would use for my music, and that yeahmane would be my artist name. I still love music, and making music, I won't be saying my artist names, or promoting my other SoundCloud's since I don't want the yeahmane name to be connected to anything but yeahmane. Anyway, I hope you understand, and accept my decision. My instagram will be deleted within the end of the month, and maybe my YouTube as well. I still love all of you, and will forever, now for the last time. Bye
