Her work has an interactive component, an AR version of the dress exhibited which activates once scanned, which will be showcased on the dress soon.
Her pieces merge girlhood, rituals and experimentation with textile art.
Her work for the gallery based on "rigor mortis" or stilllofe art, where the components of pieces are found to be in a composition of the ppsed but forgotten items. Im Her work, this composition is almost ghostly since it is found floating in the gallery space bt almost invisible strings. All of which refers to the transcendence of objects in the space, and their quality of affect being antique objects reporpused.
Her work responds to the "Girly" by taking these objects and making them transgressive with characteristics of metalic menacing objects.
