13 years since first competing in the Bikini division,
A million ups and downs along the way…

It honestly feels like the first time all over again ✨
Tan is on, checked in, got my height measured (apparently I shrank 😆), and now it’s time to enjoy every moment of this experience 🙏🏻
This prep has been so special to me in so many ways. I’m so grateful God carried me through every hard day, every doubt, and every season along this journey… and through all of these years in this sport 🤍
Tomorrow, I’m just ready to go have fun and be proud of the work, growth, discipline, healing, and resilience that happened along the way. So excited for this show!

This is my Camryn sharing her testimony at a special Care Night at @growlifechurch what He’s been teaching her about surrender, trust, & walking in faith even when it’s uncomfortable.
As her mom… I couldn’t be more proud watching her step into this!!
Next month, she’ll be going to NYC with NYSUM ready to serve, love, & minister to people in need.
This is what she’s bringing with her… a heart surrendered & open for God to use to help others.

This has felt like a gift from the very beginning,
something I’ve always carried with purpose
I’m officially 4 weeks out now
but this video is my full week 5
And this week, what stood out most wasn’t just training
it was something deeper
I’ve really just been walking this with God
day by day, moment by moment
And honestly… I’ve had so much peace & joy in it
just this constant reminder of
wow… I get to do this again
That alone brings the joy to a whole other level
Not chasing anything
not trying to prove anything
just really present in it all

A glimpse into a recent posing session, and a mental throwback to my life years ago.
I used to have a full squad of bikini competitors and bodybuilders. Helping the bikini ladies simplify their movements and mentally find better space while on stage was a thing i was known for. Hardly ever outright advertise it, usually happier with referrals or direct inquiries. After covid I hardly cared to pursue that line of coaching anymore. I’d help ones I worked with in the past or again referrals.
So, fast forward, and now helping @yvette_pull on her journey to fight off injuries and find better mind muscle connection… knowing she used to compete… now, she’s competing again. It was fun to be back in that mode of, make it easier, make the presentation better. I won’t give you the full prance and strut, but I will give you my feedback on when it looks natural vs forced. I think I helped @yvette_pull in a small way that will help her for many years to come. And that, is why I love my job.
7 weeks out from my first show after 4yrs away 🥰🙏🏻
This season means a lot to me 💝 I’m locking in these moments & not rushing past them.
Time is moving faster than I expected, so I’m choosing to stay present as much as possible… even on the low carb days that are definitely here ☺️

It looks simple (yet torturous)…but this is a big win for me🙌🏻🥰
What I love most about bodybuilding is the training- the heart of it.
But when your body is in pain, it can’t move like it used to, & you have to scale back… it changes a lot.
Mentally it’s tough. Motivation dips.
You start questioning when you should push & when you shouldn’t…or even if it’s time to quit…
But if you stay with it… keep showing up… keep learning your body… keep trusting God’s direction…
Moments like this happen💝🙌🏻
Today I was able to push again with squats…pain free, it felt amazing & FUN again!
And this pendulum machine is my new favorite pal now 😅
I’m really soaking this in…because I know these moments are a gift.
I’ve been through enough to know they don’t last forever, & that makes them mean even more.
Grateful for what God is rebuilding in me through this process & this prep🙏🏻
