ENDORCEMENT OF RT HON YUSUF GAGDI PhD, OON: A Mandate Rooted in Loyalty, Service, and Performance
Today marks yet another defining moment in the political history of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency. Following wide consultations and careful assessment of our unwavering commitment to the ideals of the All Progressives Congress, I was honoured to receive the directive of government through the personal envoy of the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Mr. Yari, alongside the Executive Chairmen of Pankshin, Kanke, and Kanam Local Governments.
I remain deeply humbled by the confidence reposed in me by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who graciously endorsed my candidature for a third term bid to represent the resilient people of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency.
I equally extend my profound gratitude to my leader, brother, and National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, for his unwavering endorsement and confidence in my leadership.
My sincere appreciation also goes to the Executive Governor of Plateau State for identifying me as his preferred candidate after closely monitoring our grassroots movement, loyalty to party leadership, and commitment to the collective success of the APC across our constituency.
The directive conveyed today is clear: all stakeholders, appointees, and party structures from the state level down to the ward and unit levels are to align with the adopted candidature of Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi for the House of Representatives.
To the good people of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam, I remain grateful for your prayers, sacrifices, and steadfast support. To those who have chosen the path of unity and withdrawn from the contest, I sincerely appreciate your maturity, patriotism, and belief in our shared vision.

Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi has successfully toured the Federal wards of his constituency Pankshin Kanke Kanam in preparation for the upcoming primary elections.
This three-day activity provided constituents at the grassroots with another opportunity to connect with their representative. It was a celebration of their leader’s unprecedented impactful leadership that truly touches the lives of all and sundry.
Constituents reaffirmed their unwavering commitment and support for him as he embarks on his re-election bid.

A TRIUMPHANT MARCH ACROSS PANKSHIN/KANKE/KANAM FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY: THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN AHEAD OF 2027-Gagdi Tour Day One.
On Monday, the 11th day of May, 2026, I officially commenced the historic tour of the thirty-six (36) electoral wards that make up the great Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency.
The first phase of the tour took me to eight strategic locations and Federal wards, namely: Tal, Garam, Chip, Jiblik, Lankang, Kanshú, Kadung, and Fier.
What we witnessed across these communities/Federal Wards was beyond political reception; it was a powerful reaffirmation of confidence, loyalty, and appreciation from the people. The massive and overwhelming turnout clearly demonstrates that the good people of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency recognize and appreciate the value of purposeful, people-oriented, and impactful representation which we have consistently provided from 2019 to date.
The enthusiasm, solidarity, and unprecedented show of love from the grassroots further confirms that our people are not ready to be distracted by propaganda, division, or sentiments. Rather, they remain resolute and committed to sustaining a leadership that has continued to deliver visible results, empower the people, protect their interests, and give the constituency a strong and respected voice at the national level.
As the journey continues across the remaining wards, I once again call on all loyal members of our great party who have registered their membership to come out en masse during the forthcoming party primaries and exercise their constitutional rights in support of continuity, progress, and effective representation.
To the good people of Tal, Garam, Chip, Jiblik, Lankang, Kanshú, Kadung, and Fier, I express my deepest gratitude for the unprecedented reception, prayers, encouragement, and unwavering support accorded to me and my team.

RT. HON. YUSUF GAGDI BEGINS THIRD-TERM TOUR IN PANKSHIN LOCAL GOVERNMENT, RECEIVES OVERWHELMING SUPPORT FROM CONSTITUENTS
Yesterday, alongside elders, stakeholders, party members, and youths of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency, I toured the federal wards in Pankshin Local Government Area to formally declare my intention to re-contest for a third term as your representative in the House of Representatives.
The massive show of love and support I received is deeply humbling. While your goodwill is not new to me, I am sincerely touched by the energy, enthusiasm, and turnout that greeted my declaration.
During the tour, I highlighted key transformative projects and legislative interventions executed across the wards—spanning both human capital development and critical infrastructure. These efforts reflect our shared commitment to sustainable growth and improved livelihoods for our people.
To my people—my political strength and D10—I remain profoundly grateful for your unwavering support. I assure you of my continued dedication to serving you diligently, strategically, and with integrity, for the greater good and development of our constituency.

RT HON GAGDI SCREENED AND CLEARED TO CONTEST FOR THIRD TERM THE SEAT OF PANKSHIN/KANKE/KANAM FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.
Today, Sunday, 10th May 2026, I had the singular honour and privilege of appearing before the Screening Committee of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), as I seek to once again offer myself for service to the good people of Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency.
I am deeply humbled to state that I was the first aspirant from Plateau State to be screened for a third-term bid to continue representing our resilient and progressive people at the National Assembly.
The screening exercise was conducted by a highly reputable and distinguished committee led by Senator Uche Ekwunife Lilian alongside Engineer Angela Obende and eight other eminent members. Their professionalism, warmth, and understanding were truly commendable, particularly in recognising the value of experience and continuity in legislative service.
I remain profoundly grateful to the people of PKK Federal Constituency for the confidence, trust, and unwavering support they have continued to repose in me throughout this journey of representation and service.
By the grace of Almighty Allah, and with your continued prayers and support, if elected for a third term, I shall remain committed to purposeful leadership, quality representation, and the advancement of the collective interests of our constituency.

Yesterday, in Jos plateau state, The Plateau state APC publicity secretary , Hon. Wumanna Bako denounced the fake list of consensus candidates that has gone viral.

THE FAKE, MISLEADING AND FABRICATED CONSENSUS LIST.
The attention of supporters of Rt Hon Yusuf Adamu Gagdi PhD, OON, Member Representing Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency has been drawn to a misleading and entirely fabricated publication currently circulating across social media platforms regarding a purported “CONSENSUS LIST” for National Assembly nominations from Plateau State.
For the avoidance of doubt, no such decision, arrangement, or endorsement has been made at any level whatsoever. The publication is false, mischievous, and the handiwork of desperate political elements who have become unsettled by the overwhelming popularity, support from the stakeholders and acceptability from the Party members and political strength of Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi, PhD, OON.
It is becoming increasingly clear that those behind this propaganda are acting out of fear, having realized that Rt. Hon. Gagdi remains the most widely accepted and naturally preferred candidate for the House of Representatives, from the grassroots structures of our great party to stakeholders across the state.
We wish to categorically state that His Excellency, the National Chairman of our great party, Prof Nentawe Yilwada and the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Bar Caleb Mutfwang are not aware of any such list. Equally, the National Chairman of our party has neither approved nor endorsed any purported consensus arrangement as falsely claimed by the purveyors of this fake news.
Ironically, these desperate attempts to spread falsehood are only further amplifying the popularity and political relevance of Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi across Plateau State and beyond.
We therefore call on party faithful, supporters, and the general public to disregard the fabricated publication in its entirety and remain focused on the collective mission of strengthening our party and consolidating progressive leadership.

I am deeply honored to be counted among the privileged sons of Plateau entrusted with the solemn responsibility of submitting the Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms of His Excellency, Caleb Mutfwang, as he seeks a second term in office.

Yesterday Rt Hon Yusuf Adamu Gagdi in the company of Prof. Saleh and other critical stakeholders attended the JJ Foundation donation programme in Gid-Gid Kanam LGA. He offered his support to hundreds of widows there.
He also stopped in Gwamlar to offer condolences to the grieving family of Audu Sambo over the loss of their daughter Konumay Sambo, a vibrant and industrious young woman.
Rt. Hon. Yusuf Adamu Gagdi attended the PUS Dawaki at Kanke LGA yesterday. He received the certificate of his earlier conferred traditional title of Sarkin Yakin Dawaki by the Ngolong Dawaki.
In his usual manner of benevolence, he supported the PUS Dawaki with the sum of 5 million naira and further gifted the Ngolong Dawaki with a Land Cruiser Prado.

Today, we honour the hardworking men and women whose labour powers our economy and sustains our communities. From our farmers and artisans to our civil servants, entrepreneurs, and professionals—your commitment remains the true engine of our nation’s growth.
This day is not only a celebration of your contributions, but also a reminder of our collective responsibility to secure a better deal for Nigerian workers. As your representative in the House of Representatives, I remain steadfast in championing policies that will expand employment opportunities, protect workers’ rights, improve wages, and strengthen our local economy.
We recognize that much more must be done to address the challenges facing our workforce—job insecurity, and limited opportunities for our youth. Be assured that your voice continues to guide my legislative priorities, and I will not relent in pushing for reforms that deliver real impact.
