園子温氏が1100万円の損害賠償を求め、私(松崎悠希)を名誉毀損で訴えた民事訴訟の判決を受けて、改めてコメント致します。
園氏が私に「名誉毀損で訴えるぞ」と警告してきてから、もう約3年が経ちました。判決まで3年を要する、非常に長く孤独な戦いでしたが、ようやく一区切りを迎えることができました。
私はこの裁判の初めから一貫し「この裁判を通じ、園による長年の性加害を裁判所に認めさせることが目的です」と公言してきました。そして今回の判決では、裁判所が園氏による故・千葉美裸さんへの性加害を事実と認定しました。また、園氏が長年にわたり、新人女優に肉体関係を持ちかけ、その後、彼の作品に出演させていた事実も認定されました。勇気を持って証言してくださった被害者の方々の声が証拠として受け入れられたことは、とても意義深い判決だったと思っています。確かに、私の名誉毀損が一部認定され、訴訟の原因となったツイートの削除と、22万円の賠償が命じられました。
しかし、この「被害証言が事実認定された」という点をもってして、私は胸を張って「園子温に勝った」と断言できます。
また、今回の判決では「公共性・公益性ともに認められる」との判断も示されました。これは私個人の発言というよりも、長年にわたり監督やプロデューサーによる俳優への性加害・性搾取を放置してきた日本の映画界の慣習に対し、裁判所が「加害行為」と認定したことに他なりません。とても重たい判決です。日本の映像業界に身を置く皆さまは、このことを深く受け止め、変革に向けた行動へと繋げていただければと願っています。
私は現時点では記者会見等は特に予定しておりませんが、判決が確定する30日までに園氏が控訴するのかどうか、注視しています。願わくば、彼がこの判決を受け入れることを望んでいます。

To everyone,
After nearly three years of legal proceedings, the court has issued its ruling in the civil defamation lawsuit filed against me by director Sion Sono, who sought 11 million yen in damages.
From the beginning, my aim was for the court to acknowledge Mr. Sono’s long-standing sexual misconduct. In this verdict, the court found as fact that Sono sexually assaulted the late Milla Chiba and engaged in a pattern of soliciting sexual relationships with aspiring actresses, later casting them in his films. This is a major recognition of survivor testimony.
While the court partially upheld Mr. Sono’s defamation claim and ordered me to delete the tweet and pay 220,000 yen, I accept this outcome.
Because the victims’ statements were officially recognized as fact, I can say with confidence: I have won against Sion Sono.
The court also found that my original tweet served the public interest and addressed a broader issue of systemic sexual exploitation in Japan’s film industry. I hope this ruling encourages real change.
I do not currently plan to hold a press conference, but I will be watching closely to see if Mr. Sono appeals before the ruling is finalized on May 30.
