💁🏻♀️Mari here! 🎉🎉Today marks the 1 year of our first Pão de queijo, bake at home frozen bags launch! And what a great year it has been. In the fall of 2023, I trusted my sister Daniela from
@yubakery to replicate our cherished Pao de queijo recipe on a scale. We had many rounds of trials, tastings, meetings, packaging ideas and BOOM! Our dream of freshly baked Pão de Queijo at people’s homes was born!!! And by no surprise, we had a wonderful year of sales, keeping what Dani and I call “the chain of goodness, bountyness and abundance” moving and expanding. 💛✨ The rounds of trials, tastings and meetings still happen from time to time. A food product is not a still object, it’s a living thing, constantly evolving with learnings and client’s feedback.
And that’s why it’s so precious to partner with a company that is in alignment with this vision. One of the feedbacks we had is that customers wanted more pão de queijo in their homes and for events.
🎉So today we’re officially launching our family size pack! Or party pack! Honestly we haven’t decided on a name yet. Just that it has 60 frozen buns inside in a resealable bag, so you can bake as little or as many as you want, but never run out of it. That’s how we move. Maybe you guys can help us decide on a name, will you? In the meanwhile, I put together a collection of beautiful Pão de queijo moments from this first year. Including last, a stopmotion video created and 100% produced by my 9 year old son Max, he’s completely obsessed with pão de queijo sandwiches and has big dreams for his animation company. How cute is that?
