He is the first artist I ever collaborated with. Around four to five years ago, we began by developing a hand-forged brass soil scoop—marking my first step into working across different materials.
This time, I invited him to reinterpret the “Agave Civilization – Head Totem” through his signature metal craftsmanship. Built upon a familiar visual language and a foundation of mutual trust, the work naturally merges our techniques and aesthetics.
As time moves forward, I believe our craftsmanship will become more refined, and our style more distinct. But some things will never change—our friendship and the trust between us.
