Give it up for Youss, a close friend of the Winston fam and an all-around talented DJ. Youss kicked off his career throwing parties about two decades ago, and he quickly found his groove in music and DJing. He’s built a solid network and gained respect in the DJ scene, making him one of the most recognized and booked DJs in the whole Copenhagen nightlife. Besides the club scene, Youss also plays various festivals, international events, and more.

The past five years have been an incredible journey with MAUI. From creating dishes at home in my kitchen to having more than 500 employees at five locations.
However, every journey has an end. That doesn’t mean there won’t be new journeys, but as for now, I feel like I don’t have much to contribute to the company anymore. With this said I’ve decided to sell my shares in the company.
I’ve met many inspiring people and I’m very glad to walk away with so many new friends and good memories.
I hope to see MAUI thrive in the future from the sideline, and wish the best of luck to the new management.
I don’t know exactly what my next journey is, but I’m going to take a break until I’m ready to start something new that feels right to me.
