So Luke, when did your window cleaning career start?
I started my window cleaning career 2 years ago with a local company in Harrogate who then partnered with Your Local.
What do you like about working with Your Local?
I like working with your local as it’s a very tight knit company! Everyone gets along really well and the workplace environment really suits me. The equipment that is used by the staff is all high quality and the vans are a dream to drive!

This is Kenny (Left) and Thornton (Right). Kenny is our local partner in York.
When and how did your window cleaning career start?
I started in the window cleaning business canvassing for new work over 10 years ago in York, Leeds and Harrogate. We started with a very small team and increased the turnover by 5 times in just 2 years.
Why did you join with Your Local?
When I first spoke with Thornton I could really see his vision. The passion that he showed for his business plan made me feel confident. I can already see it all coming together. With more people, we learn more and grow quicker together.
What do you like about working in partnership with Your Local?
It feels like a close knit team, all working towards the exact same goal, and that feels great!
It was so lovely to get a few of our teams together at @ruddingparkhotel this week! Some team building, introductions and of course a great lunch!
