In this clip I’m showing 3 simple ways to finish a combination, get off the line, and counter 👇
1️⃣ 4 punch combo → step back → pivot → 1–2
Throw the combination, take two small steps back to reset the distance, then pivot off the line. Once you’ve created the angle, fire the 1–2 straight back down the middle as they try to come forward.
2️⃣ 1–2 → step → pivot → 1–2
After the straight punches, step your lead foot out and pivot to change the angle. As they turn to face you again, beat them to it with another 1–2.
3️⃣ 1–2 → roll under the hook → right hand
If they try to answer your 1–2 with a left hook, roll under it and come back immediately with the right hand.
Good fighters don’t just think about how to attack — they think about how to leave safely too.
