Every operator on this show is looking at a different screen.
But they’re all seeing the same source.
That’s HeadsUp. One project. One timeline. And for each operator their own client view, showing only their cues, counting down in real time.
The LD sees lighting cues. The SFX op sees SFX cues. The stage manager sees everything stage related. All from the same file. The same timecode. The same truth.
No printing. No calling it out over intercom. No guessing.
Just everyone on cue.

This is the Show View. The window you’ll have open during every show.
From top to bottom:
At the top you select your input.
- Internal Clock if you’re running a timetable
- LTC if you’re synced to timecode.
Below that is the clock. Your current timecode position, always visible.
On the left of the clock an input error indicator and on the right your FPS.
The tabs let you switch between your timetable and any cue lists in the project.
Next up, the waveform. Realtime and including cue indicators.
The category filter lets you show or hide categories, so you only see what’s relevant to you right now.
And below that, the full cue list. Counting down. In real time.
That’s it. Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

Rehearsal vs show night.
The silent companion. Right where it needs to be. Whether the crowd’s there or not.
That’s the whole point.
Same cues. Same timeline. Perfect to keep track of changes and timing.
HeadsUp was used for the New Wave reunion @ziggodome from the quiet run-through to two sold-out nights.

Why we built HeadsUp?
It started because we kept running into the same problem during shows. Questions like: “Where are we?”, “What’s next?” Or “Who’s taking this drop again?”. Basically not enough clarity on what was coming next. Operators start guessing and the flow of the show becomes chaotic. + my personal pet peeve, printed cue sheets… It worked, but it was never clean.
So we built HeadsUp. A timecode & timetable monitor that gives every operator on your show a live countdown to their cues. On any device. Via a browser link. No extra software needed.
This is what it looks like running during a show and what info it gives you.

This is the list of HeadsUp screens @newwave . Imagine having to cue all these people the old school way. Or even worse they all have to keep track of a spreadsheet manually. Perfect example where HeadsUp can make a big difference! Thanks @stijnkierkels

With HeadsUp:
1. Set up your master cue list
2. Create filtered views per department
3. Share unique URLs
4. Everyone sees only what they need
No extra software. Just open a browser.
