Yesterday was the Launch of the Westside Gun Super Fly God Pro Grid Triumph 4. Westside held it down and was at the register ringing up everyone that came to Kith Miami to purchase their kicks! He signed autographs on sneakers, records, clothes and whatever else fans brought and also took pics with all of them.
We sold out but the best part is these were genuine fans not resellers looking to make a buck, real fans, real love!
It’s these things that make Westside Gunn the peoples champ!
He’s for the culture and yesterday was a solid reminder of why!
We have truly built something special and this is just the beginning. Stay tuned!

It’s been a year since we lost you. My life is simply not the same I miss you terribly. Angelo is perfect in every way, everyone loves him he’s got the best personality already. I like to think he gets that from you because everyone loved you soo much. When he smiles at me I often see you. I like to think you’re shining through him for me to see. I love you and miss you 💔

One more exclamation point on the SS26NY Pop-Up!
Over years my wife has always corrected me when I would fall into the trap of using the abused phrase ‘Fam’ or calling people ‘Family’ She’s always been very adamant that the people we so loosely introduce to others as ‘Fam’ most likely are far from it. They wouldn’t come help you in the middle of the night. They wouldn’t come to your aid in life’s most harrowing times. It’s all just conjecture. Berg also told me once that he can count all of his real friends on one hand. The older I get, the more that both of these things become more and more true.
When we started scrambling to activate and pull this off it was only assumed Rocco and Vince would do the build and my cousin would render it, make the cut sheets for them and basically do all the planning. Both of these guys have helped a lot over the years. Shit. Joann and Rocco let me basically live in their house for years when I was back East working with Vince. That is family. Vince and his Dad being able to spend the weekend together and getting Archie, Vince’s uncle into the mix… Priceless. Marc LaPilusa always wants to help us and use his talents and skills from his day job to help us be more pro. That is family. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the overwhelming amount of support we get from the real deal relatives that want us to win as badly as we do.
This little Mandinos thing of ours is not only feeding a bunch of the homies and helping put some money in a lot of people’s pockets. We’re feeding 20 children right now. Count them up! And all of them are going to be ALL GOOD.
We’re taking care of our families over here. I’ve never been more proud than I am now to see things coming together with the team we have assembled. I’ll take bullets for these guys and their kids and their parents. Dead ass. This shit means something to a guy like me. It means more than you will ever know.
The deepest thank you to all of our family and friends who helped us be away for those 2 weeks and do the work! And thanks to the dozens of people that came together like Voltron to pull it off so seamlessly. From the bottom of my heart! Miss you JoAnn! ❤️ You’d be proud!
