Actually, the update was released on July 15, but my BETA testers managed to overload the server from too many downloads, so I needed to sort this out first. 😅
This update was mostly fixes, but some nasty bugs needed to be addressed. If anyone had a framerate lag on Windows, this should fix it. 😉
There are also some nice new features, like AudioSuite normalization (video), paused playhead time code tracking, and more fonts for Asian languages. 😎

*sound on* Since I started producing on a desktop computer, I wanted to have a meter always available for a quick look.
This can be achieved with the dedicated hardware meter, but these are really expensive and not widely available.
So, I got an idea, why not make an iPad a hardware meter for your desktop DAW?
I wasn't sure if that would be possible, but after a lot of work, here it is!
Youlean Loudness Meter LITE is the first (and the best 😀) loudness meter for iOS.
It can analyze an internal microphone input. Audio input from an external audio interface can be analyzed too.
It can be used as an AUv3 plugin inside iOS DAWs like Cubasis or Garageband.
And, the most important thing, it will become your fully dedicated hardware meter!
You can use Youlean Audio Over Network plugin to send audio from macOS or Windows DAW to the Youlean Loudness Meter LITE app on your iOS device.

If you are not sure what target loudness you should be aiming for, when mastering a song for streaming services, go for an integrated -14 LUFS or above.
Even if you are louder than -14 LUFS, do not worry since your song will get turned down automatically. An integrated - 14 LUFS is the default loudness normalization setting of the most popular streaming services.
If you want to go above -14 LUFS for streaming services that do not have normalization, watch at what level other songs are set up and go for the same thing.
