York has entered into an agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE, a provider of advanced satellite communications terminals and multi-network connectivity solutions.
This move represents York’s second step into adjacent markets, building on its global space network expertise to integrate connectivity capabilities and deliver turnkey, end-to-end solutions, while expanding total addressable market and overall capability. The acquisition expands York’s position in mobile, assured connectivity markets, supporting both crewed systems and the rapidly growing unmanned segment.
