Justice Alcantar – Videographer, Producer, and Storyteller for Freedom Braiders
Born and raised in the Mission District of San Francisco, Justice Alcantar is an accomplished editor, videographer, and visual storyteller dedicated to capturing the inner and outer beauty of the Bay Area. As part of the Freedom Braiders team, Justice leads the storytelling efforts, serving as the videographer, producer, and photographer for all events, bringing to life the powerful narratives of transformation and empowerment.
Justice earned her degree in Digital Media Production and Spanish from Tulane University, where she honed her technical and creative skills. She interned at a public television station in New Orleans, serving as a Technical Director, and currently volunteers with the broadcast and production team at SFGovTV.
Her work has been recognized with several awards from both national and international film festivals, a testament to her talent and dedication to her craft. Justice is passionate about using her skills to tell meaningful stories and is excited to amplify the voices of the Freedom Braiders community through powerful visual storytelling.
