Jess returns to van jam this year to lead our Saturday movement and vinyasa yoga flow.
She will guide a mind-body-spirit class designed to connect you more deeply to yourself and the environment around you. Through grounding breathwork, we will gently build into a challenging peak posture, and then ease back down into a well-deserved meditation.
Her class emphasizes slowing down, setting intention, and cultivating self-awareness, so that you can fully connect with yourself, others, and your surroundings.
Her class will close with @billy_pinkerton_
stepping in to lead an immersive didjeridoo & hand pan sound bath.
Kickstart your day with gentle stretching and a flow designed for enhanced flexibility and body mobility so you can make it through the party at your peak!

A quick and unexpected trip to Cuyamaca State Park and the surrounding area led to an immense feeling of peace and quiet serenity. It was surprising how few people were out there compared to the staggering amount of humans in the city. Obie got stung by a bee on trail (last slide) but she was a trooper about it.
We’re back in the city now listening to car alarms go off, reminiscing on quieter days. Who’s with me? 😅
