CALLING ALL ADVENTURERS 🗺️
We’re setting out on a trail to summer—one drink at a time.
Starting this week, a new drink drops every 3 weeks, each one a new WAYPOINT featuring unique coffees, flavors, and experiences.
Like any good adventure, each stop is a chance to pause, take in the view, and enjoy the moment before heading further down the trail.

7 AM — Café Opens
First 50 guests get a gift!
11 AM — Makers Market
Shop local makers and bring in a shopping bag for your goodies!
5 PM — Build-A-Latte Challenge
Watch 5 teams create a latte using mystery ingredients with live vinyl sets by @kokopellli__ . Each team pairs a Yonder team member with a regular. The winning drink will be featured on our next seasonal menu!

Come hang with us for a fun night celebrating our team and our amazing regulars!
We’re hosting a Build-A-Latte Challenge featuring past and present team members paired up with one of our regulars.
Watch as each team gets 15 minutes to create a latte using our provided ingredients. The winning team brings home prizes and a feature on our upcoming seasonal menu. 👀
Expect good vibes, giveaways, and lots of celebrating.

🤎 Café de O-Yeah! We’re bringing back a crowd favorite from a few years ago—our spin on the amazing café de olla. Made with piloncillo, cinnamon, and star anise soaked in aromatic spices, this syrup will remind you of your beloved abuelita.

Bringing in the berries this fall, we bring to you our brown sugar blueberry syrup for your latte or matcha! It’s tarty and sweet, perfect for those sunny days in the fall here in the Valley!
🍂 AUTUMN LATTE
This is a Yonder fall classic. Real pumpkin puree and all the spices in your latte over espresso or chai!
🤎 MAPLE HOJICHA LATTE
We’ve been holding on to this one but it’s finally time to go public. Toasty and nutty Japanese roasted green tea sweetened with maple syrup topped with our salted cold foam. If you want something with less caffeine or something you can drink in the late afternoon, this is your beverage!
🍋🟩CALAMANSI TONIC
Our calamansi tonic has become a staple for the Yonder community and it is here to stay! Enjoy it over espresso or matcha. Try it over our single origin espresso, currently from the farms of Ricardo Torres - Cundinamarca, Colombia!
