Here’s my most asked question I ever get: “Do I have to do yoga to shoot with you?” Or sometimes it’s whispered like a confession… “I’m not really a yogi, but I love your work… is that ok?” Let me say this clearly: Yes. Yes. A thousand times yes. You don’t have to bend, balance or breathe in a certain way. You don’t need to perform for the camera. You don’t need to “look” like anything. My work is inspired by the values of yoga - Presence Truth Embodiment Connection Not just the shapes. And if those values resonate with you, then you’re probably my kind of human 🫶🏼 This space is for you if you want to feel seen If you want to reconnect with yourself If you want photos that feel grounded, soulful, and most importantly, real. Come as you are. There’s room for all of you here.

Ok I lied… They will ALSO be useful for your website and your IG and your posters and flyers and your phone wallpaper and your boyfriend’s wallpaper… but #1 priority is to remember your own damn magic 😘✨ PS: Gold Coast mini shoots are open for the baddies who are ready to remember their magic ❤️‍🔥 And I’m giving away a lucky dip of gorgeous @yogipeaceclub goodies for the next 5 people who book ✨

Build something you’re actually proud of, and watch how differently you talk about it.

What if you’re closer to her than you think? What if it’s texting the friend you’ve been meaning to make more time for? What if it’s actually talking to the guy, or showing up to the thing even when it feels uncomfortable? What if it’s wearing the outfit, or saying yes to the thing that scares you a little? What if it’s sending that pitch email you’ve been sitting on, booking the photographer, or building the website you’re actually proud of? What if the woman you’re trying to become is just waiting for you to make one decision she would have already made? Act like her first. The rest follows.

I fell for it completely. Spent the better part of this year running on empty, genuinely convinced that slowing down was a kind of failure. My body eventually disagreed - loudly. Turns out the painting-on-the-couch-on-a-Tuesday morning isn’t time wasted. Rest isn’t the enemy of productivity - it’s the thing that makes it possible.

Little sneak peek at what might just be my favourite @bohemeandbody shoot we’ve ever done 🙊 I had so much fun in this gorgeous space, and was blown away by how much of a team effort this shoot became - with everyone helping direct, style and come up with creative ideas together. What an amazing shoot, thank you so much to everyone who made it happen 🥹

the feminine urge to do things for fun & not bc they’re productive 🧚 Actually if I’m honest, i nearly lost touch with that urge completely. It’s been more like “the uncontrollable urge to always be productive and useful, and find rest and play quite frankly a waste of time”. Yeesh 😅 It probably comes as no surprise that my body had something to say about that, and as a consequence I’ve been pretty unwell for almost all of 2026 so far. So I’m re-learning the skill of rest. Which sounds cute and nice but has honestly been more difficult than the skill of constant productivity - because that brain that’s always asking “what next?” hasn’t exactly switched off. And we’re still living in a world that’s very loud about growth and productivity and more, more, more. But I’m getting there. I’m protecting my breaks with as much discipline as my working hours. I’m reading more. Calling friends more. Getting more cuddles. And more nature. Lighting my candles & doing my skincare. I think this trip was a bit of a turning point - we spent a few days in this beautiful little forest cabin doing absolutely nothing useful. Just painting birds, admiring trees, sipping wine, giggling in the bath & watching the fire crackle. Silly me, I nearly forgot that was the whole point.
