We tried Breathwork for the first time, and these are our first impressions:
1. Once you let your body settle into your breath, you feel at your most present - in the now
2. Following the patterns of breathing completely takes you on a journey of energy flowing through your body. This was surreal! ā”ļø
3. Decompressing first helped us relax and open up in our menās circle
