Pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can be a lot—beautiful, intense, and sometimes overwhelming. Having a supportive person beside you can make the whole experience feel calmer, more connected, and more grounded for both of you (and baby, too).
Bring your partner, friend, family member, or chosen support person. This workshop is all about slowing down, tuning in, and learning simple ways to support one another—so you can feel closer, calmer, and more connected with baby.
We’ll practice easy, partner-supported stretches, comforting touch and massage, and breathing techniques you can use at home—during pregnancy, in labour, and after baby arrives. Support people will also leave with clear, doable ideas for how to show up with confidence, care, and a calm presence.
Great for any trimester. Come exactly as you are—no yoga experience needed.
