Easy chicken gyros fakeaway 🤤
If you’re looking for a quick family dinner idea, this one is SO easy and tastes unreal.
Juicy yoghurt marinated chicken, fresh salad, warm flatbreads, crispy seasoned fries and @yo_dips tzatziki (they do loads of flavours but this one was perfect 👀).
It’s giving Greek street food at home, but made with simple ingredients, budget friendly swaps and ready in no time 🙌
Perfect for a midweek meal, family dinner idea, or DIY wrap night.

Easy Chicken Gyros Fakeaway 🤍 (Family Dinner Idea)
Ingredients (serves 3–4):
* 2–3 chicken breasts
* 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
* 1 tsp mixed herbs
* 1 tsp garlic granules
* 1 tsp onion granules
For the spread:
* Shredded lettuce
* Cherry tomatoes, halved
* Cucumber, chopped
* Sliced red onion
* Olives
* Hummus
* Grilled aubergine
* Fried halloumi
* Warm flatbreads
* Birds Eye fries (cooked + sprinkled with salt & mixed herbs)
Tzatziki dip:
* 200g Greek yoghurt
* 1 Yo Dips tzatziki sachet

Method:
1. Marinate the chicken Mix Greek yoghurt, mixed herbs, garlic granules and onion granules. Coat the chicken and leave to marinate (30 mins or longer if you can).
2. Cook the chicken Grill or pan-fry until cooked through and slightly charred. Slice or serve as skewers.
3. Cook the fries Cook your Birds Eye fries as instructed, then sprinkle with salt and mixed herbs for that easy fakeaway feel 👌
4. Prep the sides Chop veg, grill aubergine, fry halloumi until golden and warm the flatbreads.
5. Make the tzatziki Mix 200g Greek yoghurt with the @yo_dips tzatziki sachet.
6. Serve Lay everything out and build your own wraps 🙌
