I’ve been sitting with this idea for a long time.
Creating something about phone usage, something I’ve been noticing in myself. How much it still takes my time, my energy.. even when I try to be conscious about it. And if it affects me, it probably affects a lot of us.
This video should function as a reminder.
To put that damn phone away. To live with all senses activated. To move without that tech neck!! To stay present in conversations and to stop losing ourselves in the lives of people we barely know.
And the irony? I’m writing this on my phone. Posting it on social media lol.
Maybe it’s not about perfection, but about remembering.
