It was a very busy and emotional day for me ! Just want to thank EVERYONE ( all around the world ) who shared the excitement with me but most of all thank you to my sisters for your continues support before and after the opening , I wouldn’t be able to do it without your support! Again I can’t thank you enough Efe for the logo and all the other ideas you’ve given till today and my sister for the brand name ! Everyone seems to like it , don’t you!

I’ve been celebrating my birthday all September and the celebrations aren’t over yet… I’ll keep celebrating life until the next one! 🎉✨
The best gift this year was sharing the dance floor with my mum 💃 and having my favourite people by my side my amazing nieces and nephew. Being their aunt is truly one of the greatest joys of my life. ❤️
50 years on this earth have taught me so much. I stepped out of my comfort zone not only by moving away from the country of my roots but also by starting my own business.
As women, we know life is never easy no matter where we are, and being a business owner in a foreign country comes with its own challenges. Along the way, I’ve lost some friends, but I’ve also gained beautiful, true, and lifelong ones. 💕

Turkish Viral Chocolate Recipe by @caglasikel
I was asked to share this, so here it is! ✨
Ingredients: • 2 tbsp honey (vegan option available 🌱) • 4 tbsp melted coconut butter • 2 tbsp cacao powder • Plenty of hazelnuts @ynut_uk
Method:
Melt the coconut butter, crush the hazelnuts, and mix everything together until well combined. Pour the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray, let it cool, then pop it in the freezer for about 20 minutes… and enjoy! 😍

Two ways I deal with life:
1️⃣ Gym
2️⃣ Cooking
Today was a cooking kind of morning 🤍
No flour, no added sugar, just whatever I had at home and a craving for something nourishing.
Flourless tahini, banana nut cake
Soft, rich, naturally sweet, and perfect with coffee.
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs (or 2 eggs + 4 egg whites- just because I didn’t have 4 eggs at home 😀)
• 3 ripe bananas
• ½ jar @servetfethiye tahini from @ynut_uk
• Walnuts or mixed nuts (macadamia, almond, hazelnut) and again just because I didn’t have walnuts at home 😀😀😀😀
• Baking powder
• Cinnamon ( optional )
• Cacao powder (optional)
Mix everything, bake at 180°C for ~40 minutes (or until cooked), and enjoy ✨
Sometimes self-care smells like cake ♥️🤍
