Since we spend so much of our lives working, we need to know what's going on. In 5 years, Gen Z will make up 30% of the total workforce. We need to have conversations about this. My goal is to introduce you to young people who are building careers and give you ample information on what they do. What should you know? What don't you know? What do people actually do at work?
