Hi dear friends, it’s almost first Bandcamp Friday in 2026. 😮💨 Can’t believe I have backed China few months.
❄️ There was a day in Hohhot my hometown last month that I was trying to finish the track, suddenly there was a heavy snowing. I felt deeply despaired that I just remember a Chinese film “Long day’s journey into night” 地球最后的夜晚( Last night on earth), and I sampled the actor’s line. It was like the last day on earth, but definitely not, I still looking forward to moving back Europe if everything goes well this year 🙌🙌

Chengdu is always being amazing🥰, it was soooo goooood to meet many old friends💫 TBH I’m so fucked , this morning I couldn’t check in at the airport😂，so that I’m still floating beyond my sense 🥰, but I love it , can’t wait to back again 🙌
10 years ago I left Chengdu, my life had changed a lot that I opened a club in Hohhot and moved to UK for 6 years. 🫠Life is like a circle, some friends that I haven’t seen since 10 years ago, but fortunately we still love music, music is a link which connects us. 💫💫

It’s been so long time that I haven’t been playing in my hometown Hohhot, although I had been desperately sad and mentally in first few weeks here . But I’m so happy the scene in Hohhot which is still booming, so that I can get gigs from old friends.

Apologies for the radio silence y’all, we’ve been tryna get our heads round how things will look going forward.
We started this thing as a duo and, now that the Don is away, it feels weird taking it forward not together.
That being said, it’s been such a laugh doing these events, playing together and making poolside a thing that it would be a shame to pack it all it in.
So, as a wiser man than me once said - fail we may, sail we must - until we can be reunited again behind the decks when the Don returns 🫡
Poolside is back on Friday 21st Nov, with the fun lovin’ @rare.sightings__ crew joining us in our Costa del Kaz Gardens home, from 7 till late 🪩

⚠️ YETI’S LAST POOLSIDE ⚠️
Well poolsiders, the day we’d hoped would never come has sadly arrived.
Our beloved Don is departing these shores to head back to China at the end of month 😞
Thankfully, we get one final chance to pump by the poolside together, so please join us next Friday for one more knees up in our spiritual home Cafè del Kaz Gardens.
As a big thanks to everyone who’s come down to these nights since we started, we’ll be doing open decks for a few hours - so if you’ve played with us, shared a dancefloor with us or just want to see the don off, come down and bring some records or a USB! 🕺 🪩 💃
