The first and only of its kind in Asia, AFRORAVE is an experimental sonic initiative created to bridge the gap between the Afro and underground music scenes: a space for ravers to experience different genres of music transcending boundaries and cultural spaces.
Last month AFRORAVE HK had the honor of hosting DJ Y1VB0 from South Korea to headline our one-year anniversary event. A multitalented sound selector, she specializes in Afro sounds with her Seoul-based collective Passa Passa KR but has a diverse repertoire in various underground genres.
