Oh Hi honey, It's been a min since I posted a photos of me in my studio. So much in bloom here! I heard an elder say recently that there is nothing out of harmony in nature. Not the birds, nor the bees, or anyone else who are causing so much destruction. Only us humans. And really really, only a very greedy, destructive, and mentally ill few. Oh how I want to come into harmony and see us humans live in harmony with ourselves, each other and the earth. To live within the balance of nature. To be light and be darkness and hold both with care, deep respect and love.
There is space for all of us here. There is enough wisdom to stretch into the next phase of humanity.
The immortal words of John and Yoko have been on my mind, a mantra lately. "War is over if you want it!" Again and again bring more harmony into yourself and share it by tearing down delusion and being brave to find and be in the harmonics of your own humanity. #creativeintuition

Listen to the birds, look at what is in bloom, feel your potential and let yourself be supported by the earth.

The most overlooked part of love isn’t devotion.
It isn’t external effort.
It isn’t proving your worthiness.
It’s receptivity.
The willingness to soften.
To let yourself be met. To do the work it takes to put down your pain, layer by layer with patience and focus.
To allow real care without struggle.
So many of us know how to give.
We know how to hold, fix, obsess, tend, try, fight, or hide.
But receiving?
Receiving asks us to unclench.
To trust.
To believe we are worthy of being loved.
And do the hard work it takes to offer it to ourselves first as we release guilt and fear.
Let the earth love you
Let yourself love you. As you are, where you are and keep growing love
on the earth, in your life, in the way you treat yourself and others.
Be friendly.
Let yourself be love and be loved.

If your roots are unwell or to shallow the fulness of your being will not be able to grow. Take the time it takes to take care of you. To water and grow you, to love you, and work your mind into deep gratitude because gratitude is the sun and self love and care is the water. If you are trying to grow in a rotten bed under impossible conditions with toxic beliefs, habits and relationships ( even if it is the relationship you have with yourself) you will never bloom to the fullness of your being. Do the hard work it takes to get really honest. Its not about how you look to others, it's about how you feel and what you are growing into. And please get healthy support from healthy radical people. . There is so much love here for us to create brave friend!
