We bought the house with the idea to create a unique vacation rental. We always had this goal in mind. We wanted to bring a mix of modernity and American heritage to the house, with the vision of making it functional and comfortable for a relaxing escape from the city. Our approach was to create a simple, neutral color palette that could adapt to everyone’s aesthetic, mixed with accent walls and touches of color. We spent 3 months full time renovating, painting, fixing things, we changed all the light and door fixtures, repaired, polished, power washed… And then, the fun part, we designed and furnished the house as comfortably as we could. The best feedback we would get from guests was compliment on the design and the fact that the house had everything you could hope for to make your vacation unforgettable.
The Hubert House is looking for a new owner! 🏡 We are incredibly grateful for what this house has brought to our lives; a relaxing escape from the city, a little slice of much needed seclusion and quiet but also the chance to join an inspiring local community of friends and entrepreneurs.
