I turned 30 last week. That is insane to think about. Going into 30 I thought alright maybe it’s time to start ticking things off the bucket list and in 1 week I knocked 4 off. I ran a sanctioned half marathon (1:47:00), I ran a full marathon (3:52:07), I released an official song that I wrote, and I entered a 3rd decade. Emotions were and still are very high. It feels weird to say, but I’m proud of myself. I work incredibly hard at everything I do and it feels fantastic to see everything pay off. Now what?

Borkey - REIGN REIGN is testament to my progress as a musician over the last 6 years. The peaks, the valleys, the frustration, the excitement, the progress, it all led to the creation of this song. None of this would have been possible without having met @dansugarman back in 2019 and starting guitar lessons and songwriting sessions with him. Without him, I wouldn’t have been able to unlock my ever-growing potential as a musician. I am thankful for his support, knowledge, friendship, and everything else every single day. I am so grateful for his insight, song writing mastery, music brain, and being one of the main reasons this song exists. Special thank you to @johnddouglass for mixing and mastering this project. He absolutely killed it. Another big shout out and thank you to @ffwhhr for opening the doors to Nightmare Cleveland and shooting this playthrough for me. So fortunate to have had the incredibly talented @t.kocevar.art do the cover art. He is an insane artist. And finally @han_vertal_ink for lending her artistic experience as well and creating my artist title and song fonts for the cover art. It’s a great feeling having her want to be a part of this project. It is an incredible thing to be able to express yourself through creating music. The song is available to stream on all platforms. You asked for it! Here’s the ripper of a solo from my upcoming single “REIGN” and as a bonus, the beautiful single artwork from the insanely talented @t.kocevar.art of @b_d_t_g This album art came from a character that thought up for my haunt for the 2026 season that I’ll be playing and wanted to make him cooler for this artwork. Tim absolutely killed the design and I couldn’t be more proud of what the character “Husk” turned into. Slide 3 is the live audio of Gavin and I wrapping filming at 2am. You can hear it in my voice that I was over it. Another slide is my final tracking of the solo. Lastly, my beautiful character tattooed on me from the front angle. I guess you could say I got a tattoo of myself because I love me. Thank you Hannah for tattooing me on me :D

REIGN is something I’m so incredibly proud of. It captures all of my favorite things in music: sweet riffs, banger chorus, and a tasty solo. If I didn’t have @dansugarman in my corner, none of this would be possible. I cannot wait to share more of this project with everybody. The REIGN will begin soon 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌕 You only have your entire life to release your first song and I am 1 step closer to that. I can’t thank @dansugarman for making me the musician I am today and for pushing me to share music with the world. It is too exciting sitting on everything without sharing so here is a little sneak peak from the song / video and the artwork for the song as well as other things from the shoot day. Our second round of engagement pictures might be my favorite pictures I’ve ever seen. Counting down the days until November 14th. I just know it is going to be the best party of the year.

156/Silence - Product Placement Still on my 156 kick, this band climbed to one of my favorites this year. So happy I found the People Watching album. Cannot wait to see these guys again next year hopefully

156/Silence - Better Written Villain Doubling down on 156 songs this week after seeing them live last Sunday. Loved them live so much I’m running it back on Monday in Columbus. This is my favorite song as of late. If there’s one thing you do for me, listen to this song. Did a 1 take of both guitar parts for funsies rather than punching in other parts.
