Melbourne Design Week returns 14â24 May 2026, with 400+ events across Melbourne.
As part of this yearâs program, we at YEEND have been honoured to be included in RE:BORN, the newest exhibition collaboration between @cultivated_au and @romancewasborn
RE:BORN explores reimagined beauty - transforming overlooked furniture into new forms. More manifesto than display, RE:BORN disrupts assumptions and provokes a shift in perspective around material value: an invitation to pause before discarding, reconsider what already exists, and recognise that the most compelling design doesnât always begin with something new.
Prioritising local craft and Australian manufacturing, the project embraces a closed-loop approach where considered design and zero waste exist as the same instinct expressed together.
Featuring as part of RE:BORN are a limited release of YEENDâs custom Apricot Capsule Wall Lights, exclusive to the exhibition.
RE:BORN is made possible with the support of our collaborators and partners, weâre grateful to be building this together.

SCENES FROM THE STUDIO :: From the foundation of YEEND Studio almost 10 years ago, we have dedicated ourselves to the stunningly beautiful (and stunningly fickle) medium of Australian hand-blown glass design.
Each piece, from the smallest cup to the largest pendant, is prototyped, perfected, and skillfully produced in collaboration with talented glassblower teams all across the country.
Today's Studio Scene throws back to a few years ago, producing some custom pendants for a private client by way of the wonderful @jamfactoryau
Pistachio đ¤ Walnut
Mountable in either upright or down-facing orientations, our Capsule Wall Light was designed with versatility and customisability in mind, to suit countless styles and spaces. Hand-blown in Melbourne, custom colour and metal finishes are also available on request.

Earthy glass tones meet hand-brushed metal finishes in our Capsule Wall Light.
Simple-yet-bold, Capsule Wallâs soft, ambient light and enduring materials result in a timeless, architecturally-inspired piece of lighting design, all hand-crafted in Melbourne.
Presenting the newest addition to our Capsule range; Capsule Wall.
Inspired by the bold, sweeping curves and clean lines typically seen in Bauhaus and Art Deco architecture, each Capsule Wall features a hand-blown glass shade, made in Melbourne.
Available in an exclusive colour selection of Pistachio, Walnut, Sage and Alabaster, in either a Gloss or Matte finish, our earthy-toned selection was carefully curated to pair beautifully with the metal finishes, available in either Brushed Stainless Steel or Brushed Brass.
Capsule Wall is now available for pre-order exclusively through yeendstudio.com.
Scenes From The Studio :: Our hand-blown Capsule Pendants are carefully quality controlled and inspected by-hand, ensuring each piece is absolutely perfect and ready for installation.
Simple, clean lines, and a soft, weightless elegance are signature elements of our Capsule Pendant range, seen here in an Alabaster finish in Gloss.
Produced in collaboration with local Melbourne glassblowers, each Capsule is hand-blown and polished to perfection, in a meeting of skilled Australian craftsmanship & timeless design.
