We made this for @yard_strength because their members kept asking: What’s the difference? Easy answer: They’re different tools for different jobs. Protein powder after a workout? Makes sense. Greens supplement with a meal? Sure. A complete meal when you need one? That’s us. Swipe through. See which one fits what you’re trying to do.

Kinetic Flow - age 56, September 11:50 am āš ļøCTE WARNING:THIS VIDEO DEMONSTRATES BUT DOES NOT ADVOCATE NOR RECOMMEND THE PRACTICE OF HEAD BUTTING. āš ļøCAUTION: THIS VIDEO IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. THE ACTION(S) SHOWN CAN BE DANGEROUS OR FATAL. PLEASE VIEW WITH DISCRETION. On Saturdays, I like to work out on my heavy bag doing what I call kinetic flow. I usually start by choosing one technique that I’m going to open with, and then I let my intuition and instinct determine whatever comes next. I focus on delivering the hardest, sharpest techniques I can in the smallest space possible, and flowing into them spontaneously and without thinking. I practice ā€œdead stopā€ as well as ā€œclosingā€ scenarios and I do them several times, adding or refining techniques. This video was of my last set when I ended up throwing a head butt. It wasn’t totally intentional but it did solve the issue of filling the gap in my kinetic flow so it just came out that way. Most of you know the degree to which I train my neck and jaw, but NOTHING CAN PREPARE YOUR BRAIN FOR ANY AND ALL IMPACT SO PLEASE DON’T TRY. To be honest this has happened before when training on the bag (never with people) and I cap it at one, but EVEN ONE CAN MESS YOU UP. Again, the head butt I threw in this video was a spontaneous answer to a spontaneous question, but it is not something I do for reps or on a regular basis. Train hard with as much realism as possible, but take care of that baby in your skull. AlohašŸ’€

Incredible gift from the one and only @boltwrestling Kenny ā€œThe Poetā€ Johnson commemorating his 40th year in wrestling with this special limited edition coin. He is an amazing athlete, friend, coach, teacher, competitor, father, brother and son. He always acknowledges those that have supported his journey. I’m blessed and grateful to be included. He is a great model for us to follow and a combination of all his teachers and mentors. Thank you. #wrestling #martialarts #jiujitsu #coach #competition #inspiration #leader

I Gotta Stretch - age 56, June 3, 2025, 6:57 pm I’m taking it easy this week because I have friends in town and I need to give my body a break. I’ve also started wearing @dfndusa compression wear during my stretching and at night when I sleep. I had chemotherapy 13 years ago that damaged the peripheral nerves and capillaries in my calves, feet, and fingers. The compression leggings make my ankles, knees and hips feel tighter and more secure, especially when moving or changing directions quickly. The leggings allow air to circulate easily so I can wear them at night in Hawaii with no problem. I sleep better with them and foot and leg cramps are gone. I’ve gone on some good rucks in hot places with the compression wear and they definitely help me with the downhill portions. My buddy Troll Subin of @yard_strength told me @dfndusa compression wear would be good for me, and he was right. Aloha
