The School of Dance welcomes Yannick Boquin to OU for a week long teaching residency!
Yannick Boquin received his dance education at the Paris Opera Ballet School and the National Conservatoire of Paris. He danced as a principal dancer with the Ballet of Bonn, the Royal Ballet of Flanders, the Rome Opera Ballet and the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
He is today an International Guest Ballet Teacher working with some of the following companies: Dresden Semper Oper Ballet, Royal Swedish Ballet, Houston Ballet, Béjart Ballet Lausanne, Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, Ballet du Capitole de Toulouse, Finnish National Ballet, Hong Kong Ballet, National Ballet of Portugal, La Scala, Czech National Ballet, Slovenian National Ballet, National Ballet of Mexico
And the following Schools and Academies: Summer course Centre Ecole Superieure de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower, Houston Ballet Academy, Academy Princess Grace of Monaco, Royal Swedish Ballet School, Royal Ballet School of Antwerp, Mosa Ballet School. He was teacher for the boys at the Prix de Lausanne 2022.
