I want to start off by saying that I was absolutely too hard on myself about this round.
This is art, it’s beautiful and means a lot to me. I’m glad I was able to experience it.
-
Second, I was dealing with and still am (recovering greatly) a serious health issue that changed my whole way of living, physically and mentally.
I’ve been dealing with a severe B12 deficiency and this day was one of the worst episodes I ever had when dealing with it. My body was super heavy, I was in pain, unbalanced, had bad brain fog and lacked major energy.
I didn’t give myself credit for still giving everything I had while dealing with this health issue.
I didn’t think about my love for art and how much that outweighed something I seen as a handicap.
Life will really put you in situations where you’re trailed to see how you’ll react.
Something I seen as a handicap ended up being a learning lesson to
1. stay up on my health
2. Stop being so hard on myself and my art
3. What you think in the moment isn’t ever set in stone.

I am now feeling way better and have been able to be more active physically and mentally.

I love everyone who has supported me along the way and showed me mad love this day. Y’all are all real ones and I don’t take y’all for granted ♥️☯️🙏🏽

A lot has changed about me throughout the course of my dance journey.
There is always one that will never change and that's my freedom to explore my own movement and creativity.
Everyone will tell you to do something in the way they envision, taking the artistic essence away from the art.
Don't forget to explore yourself, find your strengths and weaknesses.
Find your limits and push past them.
This is how you gain a better innerstanding of yourself and who you are as an individual.
You can use the information you gain through experimenting to shape yourself into who you want to be and not who people tell you to be.
These are things that can be applied to any aspect of life not just dance, not just art.
Take time to explore yourself.
Create yourself through every moment.
