Y’all I turned 50 8/19/25🙌🏾 I’m in my 10th week this wk, of yr experiencing pre menopause meaning these HOT FLASHES 🤦🏽♀️ they’ll last bout 25secs maybe 2/3 times throughout the night🤷🏽♀️ But overall I’m glad I made it this far cause I was all over the place last yr and yr before that! When I tell you I had the time of my life 🙌🏽 turning 50 was my best birthday ever!
