This past weekend @y2keykey and I got to share our wind chime at Promontory Point for this year’s Up & Up. It was a perfect day 🌱 Thank you Christina, Kim, Gabriel and Brittany for letting me and Keyarah share this collaborative piece. Best Sunday ever! Our piece is made with a wicker disc, paper origami lilies, string, beads, charms and two lockets. @upup_kiteshow @christinasadov

Finally sharing this beautiful collaborative piece @olivia.gov and i created during cycle 3.0 of inbound. we found the true meaning of collaboration in the ten weeks that went into making this piece. it was so wonderful seeing everyone interacting with the work, and trusting what we made to hold their wishes. 🪞🌀🐚⚖️✨🪸 Olivia Chasteny, Keyarah Peppel Untitled Stucco, wood, metal, shells, chain, chicken wire, candles, wax, paper, cinder blocks, found materials Approx: 24”x39”x66” Does water hold memory? Do we share a consciousness with the elements that not only surround us, but are found within us? Untitled is a tap into a collective consciousness, created intuitively and collaboratively through trust, process, and connection—leading to an esoteric altar for reflection. With candles acting as a marker of time, liquified wax combines with water below to represent the ephemeral nature of life’s many cycles. Earth, water, air, and fire combine in the process and representation, emphasizing an elemental connectedness. Offering a penny for your thoughts, we invite you to make a wish into the spiraling well—perhaps the water will remember your wish.

long overdue post for my work in the BFA show this past november: The series is an exploration of memory and sentimentality woven into the threads of our articles of clothing. Each article is drawn from memory.
