Leg Day w/ 🫶
This session was designed to combine compound strength movements with functional training to improve overall performance, movement quality, and lower body development.
The goal is not only to get stronger in the gym, but to move better outside of it too.
Heavy lifts build the foundation, while unilateral and functional movements help improve balance, coordination, core stability, mobility, and injury prevention. Combining both is what creates complete athletic development.
Today’s session included 3 rounds of:
• Squats x 20
• RDLs x 20
• Front Lunges & Reverse Lunges
• Single-Leg Glute Bridges ×20 each side
• Side-to-Side Lunges ×10
• Kettlebell Swings ×20
• Ab Marches ×15 each side

Had been doing everything Incline for Chest for the past 8 weeks so was good to switch around to flat for this session.
I always focus on having 1 exercises for stength in the 4-6 rep range, 1 exercise more hypertrophy focused (usually DBs) 6-12 rep range & a fly variation (forgot to record) 12+ reps focusing on the bottom (decline) part of the chest.
Arms:
Always go 1 exercise all in heavy AF and 1-2 other exercises with more importance on the eccentric, good weight which we can perform min. 8 reps
From time to time I love changing exercises to keep myself from getting bored of always doing the same + target the muscle differently according to the given exercise.
