Who needs paved roads when you've got a Tundra, an XO.SKLTN bed rack, and a whole lot of Arizona dust? 🏜️ We might've gotten a little carried away, but hey, someone has to do the "testing" of our bed rack in an impromptu Tokyo drift in the desert session! Pretty sure this counts as "overlanding," right? 😂
Billet 7075 aluminum 56” trailing arms for my Toyota Tacoma race truck.
Designed these arms as part of the custom 4 link suspension conversion for my in progress tacoma race truck project to race in the Baja 1000 using @adskfusion cad and cam for machining in a haas VF4 thanks to @xtroffroad and @xtrusionoverland , these same arms will be used on another project vehicle for them.
These arms are clevis mounted so the next step will be to machine 6 clevis shock/ coilover mounts to be used with a full @locked_offroad package.
Because of the table and travel limitations these had to be machined in 8 different operations to include setup of the work holding to ensure all bores and features located correctly. Total machine time around 2 hours for each arm.

This is the TrailGate from @xtroffroad a tailgate flat surface that allows you to utilize your tailgate for some much needed table real estate.
What makes the trail gate different then the other options out there. It comes down to its construction, the trail gate is built from a 1/8” aluminum plate, which can hold up very well to some abuse, while also being light weight
It’s finished with a slick black powder coat and comes with some stainless steel Hardware to avoid any rust from building in the future.
