23 years ago I started a mission to catch one of these amazing fish on the fly and was lucky to have everything line up to have two of the most amazing sight fishing the marlin on the flats. Thanks to everyone along the way to make this a great journey and thanks to @steve.lennard for being as crazy as I am to stick at it.#marlinontheflats#marlinonfly#skifflife#saltwaterflyfishing#manicmates

I had one goal this year turning 50 and that was going up and catching a permit with my best mate @australianflyfishinglodge. I got a call in October to come in November but could only do December so Clint made it happen and this is the result thanks Brother.
