Weāre now putting the finishing touches on this Ā£6M GDV, 9-apartment development in Muswell Hill, North London.
The scheme was sourced off-market, taken through planning, and acquired subject to consent before being developed over the last 16 months. The project includes a retrospective basement conversion and a penthouse apartment valued at over £1M, with two units already agreed off-plan.
