I think it’s time I properly introduced myself.
What better day to hard-launch myself than on International Women’s Day ’23? Being a female in the creative industry has been a combination of exciting, scary, thrilling, and even more so, inspiring.
In saying this, I am thankful to have been asked by @jdsportsau x @andpeople_au to represent my brand and women within the creative industry through an exciting campaign called “The Exchange”. Along with 4 other empowering, creative ladies; Sereen, Aretha, Reem & Elle, I had the opportunity to share insight into my career journey, as well as a tip or two for ladies looking to get into the same or similar field of work. This was one of my most favourite cover arts to create. The idea suggested by the artist @sailorgoon , was to transform a photo of herself into having an elongated neck, surrounded by a stack of rose gold chains. ⛓
I was coupled with nerves and excitement as I had never really attempted 3D looking edit before. It’s giving me femme Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight 💅🏼🦇
