How cool is the entertainment area at @spark_lifestyle_centre in Overport?! Popped in for a few bits and bobs and ventured upstairs. I am so impressed! Also there's a shop on the third floor that stocks #Vatika hair products (oils, masks, shampoo, conditioner) and a bunch of noodles and Korean products!
I'm so used to just dashing into @checkstar_supermarket and @clicks_sa for monthly top-ups! Now we know 😁

Looking at my body and I know I have to start again. But I have to remind myself that just two months ago I had a C-section. And even though I left the hospital with empty arms, I did have major surgery. I need to be patient.
Small steps. I'll get there.
