🍣🌈 GUMMY BEAR SUSHI ROLL 🌈🍣
Sweet meets sushi in the wildest way possible.
Sticky rice swapped for sweet rice, nori turned into fruit leather, and packed with juicy gummy bears for that chewy, colorful bite.
This roll? Pure nostalgia. Pure chaos. Pure 🔥
Would you try it or is this crossing the line? 👀

When the first @xinarestaurant opened in Toms River, I can’t tell you how excited I was to finally have great sushi where I was living at the time.
So, when @parallelarchitecturalgroup referred us to bid on their new restaurant, we couldn’t have been happier to reconnect. To make things even better, Elite’s lead project manager had a long-standing relationship with the owners as well.
It certainly made this project feel a little more special for our team.
The project began with a full interior demolition of the existing convenience store before rebuilding the space to accommodate an entirely new restaurant layout and commercial kitchen.
Work included new plumbing infrastructure, electrical systems, interior build-out, and a redesigned exterior façade.
From a former convenience store to a full-service restaurant — a complete transformation.
We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to help bring Rick’s incredible vision to life and wish him and his family continued success with XINA.
