PROJECT COMPLETION ANNOUNCEMENT: We’re pleased to announce the completion of works at 45 Clarence Street, where Xenia was engaged by Peakstone to deliver a multi-stage reconstruction of the ceiling and flooring to the building’s main entrance.
Delivered within a live, multi-storey office environment, the project required close collaboration with Peakstone to minimise disruption for existing tenants and businesses. Throughout the works, our team prioritised maintaining safe and continuous access through the main entrance, adapting staging and sequencing to keep the space active and functional.
A great example of teamwork, coordination, and delivering quality outcomes in a complex environment. Thank you to Peakstone for the opportunity to be part of this project.

Innovation on site at our Serrata Project, with a Xenia First approach led by our wonderful Site Manager William T.
The team constructed roof truss modules at ground level on ladder frames before lifting them into place. By installing the engineered roof wire and sheeting on the ground, each module was safely hoisted using fully engineered sacrificial LVL lifting beams.
Why it matters:
Safety: Eliminated approximately 80% of traditional working-at-heights risks
Efficiency: Removed the need for complex scaffolding and safety nets
Time & Cost: Reduced crane hours and high-access equipment
Protection: With the engineered roof wire installed prior to lifting, once perimeter edge protection was added the roof became a fully engineered containment zone, reducing fall risks to near zero

In our industry, we pride ourselves on looking out for our mates. We work in teams, we support each other on site, and we never leave someone behind. This Movember, we’re bringing that same mindset to men’s health, because strong foundations start with strong people.
Too many men in our communities struggle in silence. Mental health challenges, prostate cancer and testicular cancer affect fathers, brothers, sons, colleagues and friends. By taking part in Movember, we’re raising awareness, starting conversations, and supporting life-changing research and programs.
