They drift gently, tail hooked to a blade of seagrass, swaying with the ocean’s breath.
Perhaps we should learn from them: find an anchor, and give ourselves a reason to just slow down

Amidst the immense blue,
massive peaks rise from the depths.
Fish gather here like a grand migration across the plains.
Simply breathtaking
在急急忙忙的世界裡，大海教我們慢下來

輕輕地
將時間煮一下
When the world grows quiet,
we start to notice.
Breath slows,
the heart softens,
and life moves gently again.
The ocean teaches patience —
to wait,
to watch,
