Small Warrior releases on June 26th which is only a few weeks away, so here’s a few facts about the record:
— The very first iteration of the song “Panic in Paradise” dates all the way back to August of 2024! The lyrics were much different, describing a cat person’s vacation going completely wrong in Hawaii.
— On my Bandcamp these releases are uploaded separately as they weren’t originally supposed to be together, but on the physical version (Coming very soon!) has both of them put together!
— All of the songs on the Control EP were originally supposed to be part of a much more chaotic project titled “Controller”. It was set to have MIDI guitars, frantic and high screaming, but I scrapped the idea as I couldn’t rattle my brain for any other ideas.
— Small Warrior and the Control EP both release on June 26th and there will be a listening party for both of them on my Bandcamp, so RSVP now! (Link in bio)

In this slightly boring video update (which I guess is technically CREATUREBLOG PT II) I describe the things I do on my second channel on YouTube. My main channel of course is for my solo project and all things Eternal Creature Center, as well as a few other goofy things. The second channel was originally supposed to be a throwaway channel, where I simply posted stuff I made that I thought were shitty, but after discovering and downloading all of the Genghis Tron Board Up The House remixes I had to share them to the world. But of course, I couldn’t post this stuff on my main channel, people could get confused! So I resorted to my second channel instead which is where I will be posting rare music I find through Soulseek or otherwise. Enjoy!

Here’s a poster design I made a few days ago, I credited my amazing and absolutely adorable cat Bijoux Honeyspoon as emotional support as well as creative consultant. (I always show her my music!)
I have many other temporary poster designs, though I doubt I will ever be able to make non-handmade posters or just digital drawings printed onto paper. But it’s very fun to make them!

It isn’t a heart-held secret that there are Eternal Creatures/Eternal Creature Center demos aplenty, scrapped releases, and ideas for conceptual albums sprawled across my discography, but this just so happens to be my favorite. I drew this in history class once a year or so ago, completely bored out of my mind, not paying much attention to whatever the teacher was talking to the class about. (Thankfully, I’ve changed and are taking all of my classes equally seriously.) I genuinely love this drawing so much, but I haven’t found an organic way to plaster it anywhere besides a sheet of lined paper and a Sharpie pen. Also the title Supernova Cthulhu comes from a song I had originally made during the s/t sessions in 2023, possibly as a bonus track. It’s gone through many iterations and versions over the years, almost as many as Blast, possibly more. But it currently stands as a demo on my b-sides album which I completely refuse to look back upon. Supernova Cthulhu may come to fruition as an amazing album someday, but it currently stands on this piece of paper as an idea.
