Recently we have received a lot of verbal abuse from customers regarding our age policy on piercings, this is completely unacceptable and unfair to our staff who are just doing their job. Our policy is put in place to make sure customers and ourselves are safe. Parents or LEGAL guardians are required for piercings on those who are under 16. ID will be required if you are 16+.
We do not tolerate abuse towards our staff and will ask you to leave if this happens. It is not our responsibility if you forget to bring your ID and we will turn you away.
