A Mid Century Modern Masterpiece, right here in #buckscounty Originally designed by the legendary Paul Rudolph, the Fullam House embodies the bold geometry and layered complexity that define mid-century modern architecture at its finest. Years later, our Principal architect John Wolstenholme was entrusted with a rare and meaningful responsibility: to complete Rudolph’s original intention by designing a seamless addition that would honor—and extend—the integrity of the home. This was never about contrast. It was about continuity. Guided by Rudolph’s language of form, light, and material, the addition was thoughtfully realized to feel as though it had always been there—an organic evolution rather than an interruption. The result is a home that not only preserves architectural history, but actively lives within it. Collaborating closely with Worthington and Shagen Custom Builders, every detail was executed with precision and respect for the original vision. The project’s success was recognized with historic preservation awards, celebrating its ability to carry forward Rudolph’s legacy while meeting the needs of modern living. At its core, Fullam House is a testament to what’s possible when architecture is approached with both reverence and expertise—where past and present are not in opposition, but in perfect balance.
