"What I've learned during my time here at WSB is first and foremost that everything takes work. In addition to that, because everything takes work, everything can be buildable. What I mean by that is I used to think that people were naturally confident. They were naturally positive people. They were naturally good savers or naturally just amazing business people, but what I found out from doing this business for the last 15 years, that actually everything can be learned, everything can be built as long as you are willing to work on yourself. So for example, being positive. I thought I was naturally a positive person, but I realized you have to work on it. Sometimes you have to catch yourself every day or even sometimes every hour to be a more positive person. Speaking on stage, I was something very nervous about in my first couple years, but today I'm able to do it because I worked on it every single day.
